Great Laughter

Not only is Robin Williams one of my favorite actors/comedians, but I WISH I could laugh this hard everyday. Just something from one of my favorite shows, "Who's Line Is It Anyways". It's about 22 minutes long so I hope you have time to watch it all.

I can't put the video up, due to copyright reasons, but I came across this video this weekend and it just made me laugh... Not at how funny the video is because of Christopher Walken (just watch some of his movies), but just the fact that I remember listening to this song DAILY and feeling the same thing he does in the video and just doin' stupid junk because of it...

I can't get enough of music... Let me rephrase that... I can't get enough of GOOD music.... Literally.

I wish people could understand what all of it means but truth is, people don't care and CAN'T understand how much time, creativity, and THOUGHT goes into... My man BooG (Shout out to BooG. Don't forget to check out his blog) just put some of Vans new shoe-line up on his blog, and which one's he was planning on grabbin', and NOT trying to swagger jack, BUT THESE ARE SICK... I don't know what it is about them, because the shoe is so plain and basic, but I think it's that part about the shoe that's sick to me. I can't wait to grab me a pair of these. Actually, ANY of the new Vans line is something I could FOR SURE swag with. So if anybody has some extra cash they don't need, don't be afraid to throw some of these kicks my way... More Lyrics That Couldn't Be Put Any Better...

I have been feeling this song like MAD these past couple of days... I've been blastin' that Drake (everything) for like the past week, all day, everyday. I think this song is pretty much everything that every man thinks when he's feelin' a girl but doesn't want to say or do anything about it cuz of the past. The songs called, "Little Bit" by Drake featuring Lykke Li, an up and coming Swedish singer... Shout out to Drake, he's doin' his OWN THING with everything he does... Who needs features when you can do it all...? If you haven't already, check out his blog, October's Very Own. Drake, 40, and Olivier got a mad blog goin on and Drake is about to put this game in a HARD chokehold. When All The Pieces Come Together

I don't know if maybe it is just me because of the career I want to have, but there is something that intrigues me about watching videos of artists (of ANY kind) in the studio when they are mixing down the final product of songs... The video up top is kind of old but it is two of my favorite artists (Given when one isn't always running his mouth about stuff. His music is still great though) in the studio mixing down the song from KanYe's album, Graduation, "Stronger". Just something I thought I'd put up for people to check out. Shout out to BooG, for puttin' up my future ex-wife, Keri Hilson's, new song, "Knocks You Down" with none other than 'Ye himself and the new king of R&B, Ne-Yo. Check it out.

Speechless...

I saw these pictures over on the KanYe blog (shout out to Ye for just getting that Complex cover). I think these pictures are really cool and fascinating to me for some reason. These are taken by a guy names James Clar (They remind me somewhat of the group Daft Punk). But I think some of my fascination towards the pictures is the mystery it provides, and there must be some sort of effect on the post-photo that gives these pictures an extra "Sharpness" to them. Hope you like em... I sure did...

Who Says Music Isn't Art... Isn't That What It Is...?

No homo for the post...

The other day I was listening to the radio (for the first time in I would truthfully say a year), and they said that Soulja Boy's "Birdwalk" was the number one song for the week or something to that matter... After listening to that song, and realizing that somehow people are in love with this guy, I said to myself (out loud with me being the only one in the car at the time I may add), "What the HELL, is wrong with music right now?" I'm shocked for one, that this guy even got somebody to LISTEN to his music, let alone buy his cd/ringtone/single/etc.

True music, in my mind, is art. Something that makes you think, makes you calm, makes you revelate to yourself. Lately I've been feeling a lot of old-school music (Common, Mos Def, Doug E. Fresh, Public Enemy, De La Soul) a bunch of Kid CuDi, Drake, Wayne (I would classify him better than Soulja Gay... I mean Boy), Eminem. Just an example, is KanYe's new video he has out from, "808's & Heartbreak" called, "Welcome To Heartbreak". I'll let you be the judge... If your mind can handle it...

I just want to say that I don't think I have ever seen a women as beautiful as Keri Hilson (Turnin' Me On, Energy, Way I Are, Etc.). If you don't know who Keri Hilson is, then you must have been living under a rock for the past year or so. But I just think she is quite possibly the most beautiful girl I've seen... Even without make-up on, I promise you... YES, she beat out Rihanna :-/ (It had nothing to do with Chris Brown... I swear)

I Swear Song Lyrics Are Exactly What I Think

A lot of my posts, you will see, start with lyrics from songs are have something to do with music. A lot of the lyrics, will probably, most likely, be lyrics from Drake, the artist that everybody is just now starting to bite on, but the way he puts his mind on a song is just, unheard of and unbelievable. He says something so simple, a way that nobody would think of doing because you have to think about what he said. Music is something that clears my soul, clears my mind, and starts and ends my day. Music is just something I can relate to all the time, as well as I'm sure other people can.

Being my own person is something I strive to be everyday. My biggest fear I have in life is just being another face in the crowd. I want to be great at something by the time I pass and I just want to be successful... How's that for an insight to my mind?

Just to start off... Again

Well, I had to get rid of my old blog because I forgot the password to get in (I have too many passwords to remember, I'm sorry). But good news is, I got another one. Motivation to make another one is, well, I got tired of putting statuses up on Facebook so I figured if people saw this, they'd get it.
